1.Login to your hosting account control panel --> Files , select to a specific site root folder and click on "Zip" on that page to compress the site file. After you set zip file name and submit, you will see "Your action is being queued and pending to be processed. To view your queue, please press on the TIMER ICON next to the delete icon below.".
2.Login to your hosting account control panel --> Files , select to the specific compress file and click on download icon on that page to download it. Or you can login to your FTP account to download the zip file to your local.
